The Portal

HELM 2X2 (the “Portal”) is an integrated property operation, data management and building security solution product of TemaroTech Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"), developed for the specific requirements of the Two Central (Tower 1 & Tower 2) Condominium Association, Inc.

Please read this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is in addition to any other privacy policy that may apply to your interactions with any TemaroTech product, software or service.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Portal. By using the Portal, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

We may receive certain information automatically when you use the Portal, namely:

  1. Your Personal Information as fed into the Portal by Two Central (Tower 1 & Tower 2) Condominium Association, Inc. or their authorized agentsfrom time to time for the purposes of providing the content services for the Portal. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, name, address, email address, phone number.
  2. Information about your mobile device or personal computer on which the Portal is installed or through which the Portal is accessed, such as model name, manufacture’s name, OS version, CPU name, IP address, mobile device unique ID, internet browser used, language and county/region setting, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
  3. Information on how you use the Portal

 

*Such information include how you press function keys on the Portal and how often you use the Portal.  The collected information will be used solely for statistical purposes and does not include any individually identifiable information.

We may use or analyze the information referred to above in order to provide you with the features and functions of the Portal that you request; to allow you to participate in interactive features of the Portal when you choose to do so; to improve our products and services and to develop new ones; to detect, prevent and address technical issues; and to identify and address potential security threats and protect the Portal and its users.

 Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Portal ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
